select the quantity of hearts you require from the drop down menu. If you select the option for engraved hearts email us with the names after you have made your purchase. Also let us know how many holes you would like across the bottom of the plaque, up to five holes.

Comes with jute twine to hang and jute twine for each month. Additional lengths can also be purchased.

Laser cut and engraved from white coated MDF. If you want it to be made in any other material please let me know and we can see what we can do for you.
