Celebrate all the grandchildren in one special place with our Personalised Grandchildren Photo Frame.
Designed and made especially for your family, each frame features your grandchildren’s names together with individual heart-shaped spaces for their photographs. It makes a beautiful keepsake for the home and a thoughtful personalised gift for Grandma, Grandad, Nana, Granny or grandparents for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or simply because.
Available with up to 15 grandchildren, the design grows with your family, with up to five hearts arranged on each row.
Personalise Your Grandchildren Frame
Each heart has the child’s name positioned above it in capital lettering.
When ordering, simply enter the names in the order you would like them to appear:
Top Row:
Name, Name, Name
Second Row:
Name, Name, Name
Bottom Row:
Name, Name, Name
If you don’t specify a layout, we’ll arrange the names for you, starting from the top left.
As a general guide:

1–5 grandchildren: one row

6–10 grandchildren: two rows

11–15 grandchildren: three rows
For example, a frame with nine grandchildren would usually be arranged with four names on the top row and five on the bottom.
Adding Your Photographs
Each heart has an internal photo area measuring approximately 36mm x 36mm.
We’ll include a handy heart-shaped photo template with your order. Simply use the template to trim your photograph to size, position it in the front of the heart and secure it with a small piece of double-sided tape or suitable glue.
The backing pieces for the hearts are already attached to your frame.

The main Grandchildren plaque measures approximately 27cm wide, with the freestanding base being slightly wider.

Depending on your chosen finish, your personalised frame is made from 3mm MDF or plywood.
Made Especially for Your Family
Every frame is individually made to order. Because children’s names vary considerably in length, we may occasionally adjust the width of a name slightly to ensure it works beautifully with the heart below it. This is most noticeable with particularly short or long names and is part of creating the best possible layout for your frame.
