A personalised watercolour sketch of your house, hand-drawn and painted our Leeds based studio.

Images are sketched the hand painted using a variety of watercolour and inks.

Each illustration is hand drawn by us so please allow around 2 weeks for the completion of you personalised illustration.

We can scan your finished image so it can be printed onto a range of gifts from our shop such as mugs, coasters, chopping boards, cushions etc.

Dimensions:
The painting is on an A4 watercolour paper with a hand cut watercolour border to compliment the image.

How do I send my photo?
Once you have placed the order, please send us a message with your name in the subject box and attach the reference image.


We sketch from the photograph provided and include some background items such as sea, sky and landscape. The illustration is hand painted using a range of mediums.

Can I check what you’ve drawn?
Yes, we'll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we send out the order. We offer 1 amend to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
