Craft fairs

Well we had a stall at a local craft fair. This one was run by a local business lady- It was held in Cookridge village hall.

The hall is a nice spacious hall with good lighting, we were located at the back of the hall along the middle run of tables. The layout of the tables was very good, we weren't all crammed into tiny spaces, we had enough space to move around behind the tables.

We tried a new layout for our table this time round, we had a couple more crates to use to add depth and height and we used some artificial grass on the table top. Our display showcased a lot of our new christmas range as well as some of our halloween goods.

We designed and made a beautiful photo album- knowing that not all our potential customers may not use the internet or facebook, we wanted to ensure we could show them everything we made. We designed and made the album in our signature style using the white coated MDF and laser engraving the wood with our text. We also added a QR code for each of the different sections in the album- Laser cuts, Wedding and Christmas... when you scan each of these codes using your smart phone it will bring you directly to that section on our website!

The craft fair went well, selling some of our halloween makes- little laser cut tea lights in the shape of cats, witches, pumpkins, haunted houses etc... We also took some orders for our Christmas eve crates. http://www.fredandbo.co.uk/collections/christmas/products/christmas-eve-crate-box

Our next fair is at a local business in December- we are looking forward to promoting our brand. Then on the 10th December we will be back at Cookridge village hall for their christmas extravaganza!!
